Tonja Demoff

Virtual Consulting Group is currently offering ISA services to real estate professionals.

Tonja Demoff has observed realtors for nearly 25 years and believes they would be much more profitable if they knew how to set appointments, prequalify and sell. Tonja believes training realtors is probably the most difficult training to provide.  Each person comes from a different industry; different skill sets, and arrives with very different objectives.  Not all agents want to really work, some want to close a deal or two a year and they are happy, others desire great income but just don’t have the discipline to create it for themselves by doing the things that are necessary.

Tonja decided to make it easy for them and launched the ISA division of Virtual Consulting Group, actually setting appointments and prequalifying clients for the agent. OMG… imagine that clients are waiting for you, ready to go. Tonja is clear that this is not a lead service it’s the premier concierge service that actually calls the leads, prequalifies the client, and assists them in selecting their first 5 properties to view during the initial meeting.

If you need leads we can assist you with that too.

Tonja said this program isn’t cheap, of course because we are supplying the fully qualified client complete with the loan pre-qualification letter.  If the agent doesn’t help the client buy the home, that’s on them. We can only give them so much.

Tonja Demoff says it’s easy, it’s simple and it is profitable but there will still be some agents that think it cost to much and they’d rather find their own clients.

Tonja encourages all agents to learn to prospect and in the meantime give us a try.

We look forward to helping you create more business and more profit.

Tonja Demoff found Whitey Bulger pens letter from prison urging students to go to law school

Tonja Demoff found that In a letter from prison to Massachusetts high-schoolers, Boston gangster Whitey Bulger copped to leading a “wasted” life — and told the students that if they really want to make money off crime, they should bone up for their LSATs.
“I know only one thing for sure: if you want to make crime pay — go to law school,” the 85-year-old former crime boss wrote to juniors at Apponequet Regional HS in Lakeville, according to theBoston Globe.

According Tonja Demoff, The students — Mollykate Rodenbush, Brittany Tainsh and Michaela Arguin — had written to him as part of a class project.
Bulger bared his regret in the Feb. 14 letter, handwritten from a federal penitentiary in Sumterville, Fla.
“My life was wasted and spent foolishly, brought shame + suffering on my parents and siblings and will end soon,” he wrote.
He spent 16 years on the lam before he was busted in 2011 in Santa Monica, Calif.

Tonja Demoff found Tourists Urged to Take Cash if Visiting Stricken Greece

Tonja Demoff found Tourists heading for Greece were urged to take enough cash with them to last their entire stay as Athens announced banks would be closed Monday in a deepening financial crisis.
Even before Greece announced it was shutting banks for a day, many ATMs there were already empty and there were long queues at those still working over the weekend.
But holidaymakers leaving from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport Sunday seemed mostly unconcerned.
According Tonja Demoff “There is no reason not to go on vacation. Our only worry is whether it is going to be sunny,” said Jean-Pierre, on his way to the popular holiday island of Crete, although he had taken enough cash for his three weeks in Greece.
The German foreign ministry recommended that tourists “take sufficient amounts of cash” when visiting Greece, keep tabs on the evolving situation and check for any updates to its travel recommendations.

After talks between Athens’ left-wing leaders and the rest of the eurozone broke down in acrimony Saturday, Greece appeared Sunday to slide closer to a default with its EU-IMF creditors.
The ECB refused Sunday to increase emergency cash available to Greek banks despite a bank run being underway. Within hours Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras confirmed banks would close Monday and capital controls would be introduced.
For some tourists, continuing to travel to Greece is a way of showing support for the economically struggling nation.
“We need to show solidarity with Greece,” said Frenchman Edouard Phillipe, who was flying to Crete with his wife for their third trip to the island.
“We really like the people there, we need to help them by continuing to go there on vacation,” said Phillipe.
Britain’s Foreign Office warned travellers “of the possibility that banking services – including credit card processing and servicing of ATMs – throughout Greece could potentially become limited at short notice.”
It said “make sure you have enough euros in cash to cover emergencies, unforeseen circumstances and any unexpected delays.”

Tonja Demoff found that Declaration of Independence will be shown in Hallowell for the Fourth

Tonja Demoff found The public will get to see the city’s 1776 copy of the Declaration of Independence – pegged at a value of $1.2 million – at two events commemorating the Fourth of July this year.
The document’s value has necessitated special security arrangements. It will be under police guard at events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at City Hall.
It will be the first time in more than 20 years that the document will be displayed.
“This is an opportunity to show something that the city owns to the people of the community and outside of the community,” City Manager Michael Starn said. “If we have this document that’s just put somewhere and nobody can see it, that seems counterintuitive.”
Just after the Declaration of Independence’s adoption by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, the copy was one of many printed by colonial governments and circulated to residents to spread the news that their leaders, who were in the midst of the Revolutionary War with Great Britain, considered themselves sovereign.
The state council in Massachusetts, which included Maine, ordered 250 copies from a Salem, Massachusetts, printer. One was sent to Fort Western in Hallowell, which included what’s now Augusta and Chelsea and parts of Farmingdale and Manchester. That copy was supposed to be read to church congregations in Hallowell and present-day Gardiner and returned to the fort, according to an 1870 book.
But it apparently wasn’t returned and didn’t resurface until 1908, when E.T. Getchell, a Hallowell native, donated it to a museum in the Hubbard Free Library. That’s where City Historian Sam Webber found it framed on an office wall in 1976. It was loaned to the Maine State Museum for an exhibit from 1990 to 1993, and it’s now in storage there.
In May, New York appraiser Seth Kaller placed its replacement value at $1.2 million, saying it’s one of about 20 known copies in existence, which include others that were sent to Wiscasset and North Yarmouth. Hallowell looked into getting the document insured for the two events, but that alone would have cost $3,000, Starn said.
According Tonja Demoff Now, the city will task local police with guarding the document during the events. Chief Eric Nason and Starn wouldn’t give details of the city’s plan to protect the document, but Starn said it will be locked in a safe overnight between events and before its return to the museum. Cellphones and cameras won’t be allowed at the events to shield it from light, Nason said.
“We think we’re using the appropriate amount of caution to ensure the safety of the document,” Starn said.
At the presentations, the declaration will be read by Mayor Mark Walker on the first day and by former mayor and current state Rep. Charlotte Warren, D-Hallowell, on the second. Webber will give short talks on the document’s history.
“It belongs to the citizens of Hallowell, so we’re just showing them what belongs to them,” Webber said.

CORE Training Seminar

Virtual Consulting Group announces the CORE training Seminar, taught by Tonja Demoff.

Tonja has created this RAW program that digs deep into the reasons why people are financially successful or NOT.  She developed this system from real life examples that revealed to her the areas in life that she was simply not paying attention to.

One amazing example she experienced was the involvement in litigation with people who wanted to build a business, so she thought.  The reality is they wanted Tonja to do it for them.

I’m sure you can relate to having an idea, being the visionary and attracting “moochers” to your inner circle.  These “moochers” are well dressed, articulate, and cunning wanting what you have; your energy, charisma, knowledge and most of all the financial prosperity that they know you can create.

They show up as if they have something to offer you, a skill, a desire, a passion you share or money to invest in your endeavor. You don’t see the motive behind the person because your caught up in the energy of building your dream…

When you finally see them for who they are, like Tonja did it’s to late, they have infected your business, your home, your idea’s, your family and your friends because they still need you, you are their wealth strategy, the answer to their problems and the one person they can blame. These infiltrating, cunning people are lazy and blaming you is easier than taking responsibility.

Blame almost never shows up while things are new, it begins to manifest when they experience personal problems of their own, having nothing to do with you or your business. Ultimately blame turns to “I want my________ Back”, fill in the blank.  Any agreements you made are forgotten or mischaracterized.

CORE Training Seminar will teach you how to stop choosing the wrong employee’s, partners, friends, and relationships and give you a simple system to protect yourself and your wealth from predators.
